This review is totally inaccurate and I have looked at it for 7 years. To begin with the property they were requesting to see wasn't my listing. What they failed to mention is they couldn't reach the listing agent and therefore called me because they knew I listed homes in Lafayette. When I speak with anyone about a showing I ask them several things to find out the best way to help them. In other words I ask questions. Most home owners and buyers understand this if they genuinely want professional help. In any market a buyer is looking the public school ratings are discussed if they have school age children. This is public record. This helps them know their options and what to expect. I've been in real estate for 20 years, and I appreciate every client.... buyer and seller. This one negative (non-client) review is well noted.
