    He will throw you out at the end of your lease. Says he'll renew your lease, says he likes you, your a lovely family, but throws you out on the street anyway.

    This is not true. The lease expired Bob says if the kids move out they will not be able to pay rent. The kids moved out. The lease expired. I even gave them one extra month to find a place. Previous land lord told me they owed money which they never paid. Finally I told the family if I can versify their income. I rent to them. Income verification revealed the family is clearing $1500/month net with 400/month car payment. House rent was $1500/month. Go figure
