Dan Davis

My wife and I moved to the Springfield area in 1986. I started a small residential roofing company and operated it for over 18 years, in the meantime we began investing in real estate, we purchased our first rental property in 1990.
We have slowly purchased additional properties while I continued running the roofing company. In 1995 we built our first spec home, which we now live in. I built and remodeled a few houses up until 2004.
