    Property managed a Condo home in Northwest, Portland, OR.

    Could not recommend, personally feel this company has undermined itself by not communicating effectively with contractors and maintenance under their immediate supervision. Basic repairs, in my opinion, are consistently late, and more than often left...

    Thank you for your review. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge it. I am sorry that my service is not living up to your individual expectations. It is always a balancing act with HOA's . The HOA is ran by the board and we the property management work under their direction. We do take every request seriously and do our best to preform. Lastly, the unit listed as the one posting the review I know is not the unit owned by the individual posting this review. I am sure you would not want to intentionally put your words out as the words of others. Again, thank you for taking the time to review. It is through all reviews that we can reflect and try to do better.
