I completely understand your frustration. Regarding the situation you described, I want to clarify again, that to initiate the transfer process with SunPower Solar Company requires specific details, such as a buyer's name and the opening of escrow. SunPower would not discuss or open our case for me until we had this information. While I completely empathize with your desire for a smoother transaction, unfortunately, I don't have direct control over SunPower's protocols and procedures. It is always my aim to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for both sellers and buyers. I've actively engaged in collaborating with your agent, the sellers, and your husband in our efforts, including daily calls and/or emails to SunPower. Regrettably, despite our collective persistence, SunPower did not honor their own commitments, as your husband experienced firsthand. It is unfortunate that we could not resolve the issue within your desired timeline and unfortunately I can not change SunPower's ridiculous procedures. I am truly sorry for all involved that our efforts did not have an acceptable outcome.
