Lacey grew up on Sand Mountain in Etowah County and graduated from Sardis High School. Lacey moved to Calhoun County when she married her husband, Josh, in 2004. Lacey also graduated with Honors from Gadsden State, earning her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.
