Once again, the pleasure was all mine in working with these wonderful people (and they were actually on the other side of the transaction). This was a tricky situation, due to an unforseen probate issue (I have advice for sellers and buyers alike on this), but we got through it, due mainly to the caliber of the people involved (Buyers, Sellers and assisting Realtors). I am so very happy that these new homeowners love their new home!

I LOVE finding the perfect home for my peeps. Even when they show enthusiasm for a potential home and I feel we could do better, I let them know.
