Hello Timothy, I regret to hear that you are dissatisfied with the outcome. Please recall that you approached me as an unrepresented buyer and declined to engage a Realtor for yourself. Consequently, my primary responsibility is to represent my seller, as my obligations are owed to her. I scheduled a private tour, met with you, and offered to provide my services at no cost to you, despite your refusal. I advised you to seek representation, whether from a Realtor or a Real Estate Attorney, to submit your offer within a tight deadline, as we were receiving multiple offers. You took a week to submit an offer in writing, which you drafted yourself on a word document after informing me that a lawyer had prepared it without a lawyer header, signatures from either you or the lawyer, or contingency deadlines. Please also note no offer is even valid without a signature. While I endeavored to assist you to the best of my abilities without legally representing you, you declined my assistance. I wish you the utmost success and apologize for any disappointment you may feel regarding the outcome. I would advise being better prepared next time to purchase a home without an agent or real estate attorney. This review was uncalled for as I never had to opportunity to work for you in order for you to review me for my services.
