Recently helped him relocate. I tried my best to serve him to the best of my ability. That was no small task admittingly. It’s been said and I know you can’t please everyone no matter what you do. However in his case, take big city California man and put him with small town Tennessee man and you guessed it. Due to his “35 years experience,” he knew it all. The home inspector (that I recommended) was the main thing and how his work didn’t meet the standards and regs that he was accustomed to in Cali. I done the only thing that I knew to do, apologize and reimburse him for the inspection. When I offered that, to my surprise he actually told me the home inspection cost was more than what he actually paid. He got the home he wanted, in the location he wanted, at the price he wanted, with the repairs he asked for and was treated with kindness and professionalism. Four months later he takes a break in the middle of his day working for Becknell Industrial to blast me on Zillow and to warn others that I serve in the community in which I am known and raised in all my life to steer clear from me. I hope he prospers in the Upper Cumberland area and enjoys the awesome people here. I certainly will give him grace.
