    Danielle, you did not leave the house in better condition than when you moved in. The floors were dirty along with a few minor other items, the fireplace was not serviced, 4 screens were damaged. I withheld $389.03 for cleaning, fireplace service and repairs. In addition, you were charged a break lease fee equivalent to a full months' rent, which is standard in the industry. At no time did I deal with you unprofessionally although not returning your abusive texts may seem that way to you. In 31 years, you are the only complaint I have ever had. I can't say that I take it very seriously given your personal and professional reputation in such a small town. I am sorry that your experience was so unpleasant. I wish you all the best in your future.
