I am so sad to see this review. I received an email from Kathy shortly after close with praise and an invite to her house for a BBQ. The paint repairs were done on my dime in order to pass inspection and close on time. We simply tried to match the paint that was currently on the building. As for the injury, I showed up to the house minutes after Kathy did. She had taken it upon herself to walk the property without me and had slipped on the steps. When I arrived, I told her to go to the hospital and we would reschedule our meeting. I said it was more important for her to get herself checked out, but she refused saying it wasn’t that bad. I did ask about it several times afterwards throughout the week. I was at her closing and sat with her through the entire transaction. At the end, we hugged as I gave her the keys. I reached out to Kathy upon seeing this review in hopes to understand, but I never received a response.
