Thank you for sharing your concerns, Samantha. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience. There might be some confusion, as I do not have any record of our agency being contacted (call, email, or text), nor can I find any details of the appointment you mentioned in our zillow dashboard. I would appreciate the opportunity to understand more about this situation since I had nothing to do it yet, I get bad review. For your information, Zillow's model is to forward clients to other brokerages outside of ours if the original brokerage you called is not available to answer. Since all calls are recorded within the zillow organization, feel free to contact Zillow pertaining to which broker you spoke to and review them accordindly. I have contacted zillow about your experience and confusion but unfortunately, they won't reveal the other brokerage to me, therefore I can't really assist at this time.
