Home was advertised prior to being on the market on social media, and after, 2 open houses were done, home sold in 33 days faster then any other home at the time in the same subdivision. home was also 3 d toured and droned. the inspector flag the roof repair not me as agent, buyer want roof repair as per inspector. Buyer still bought home regardless of roof and condition seller left home in. I asked and did everything the seller asked. the seller got top dollar for home, per appraisal. repairs are asked for all the time by buyers, seller is not required in case to do repairs but buyer still has the right to ask. Seller purchased home out of state and did not qualify until home sold, there misunderstanding of there purchase created there frustration, and now taking this bad review out on me.
