This woman is not truthful... After going thru 4 other realtors she called me after I sold the house around the corner from her. I informed her not to list her house over the market value she insisted she did not receive my knowledge after providing her with the value of the homes. A contract lasts for one year so it is impossible for one to have had expired when I cancelled the listing do to her disrespectful behavior towards me, not allowing me to sell the home correctly. Then I realized the reason I was the 4th realtor after her complaining no one wanted to work with her. It all made sense and I chose to work with her after what she told me she had been through, it was a bad decision on my part.I love assisting in the dream of home ownership and wouldn't do anything to jeopardize my full time career I am a single parent and the fact that she would even try to hurt my career an place something so untrue. I will continue do my best and provide excellent customer service.
