 I have worked in the construction field since 1975 and I was a licensed contractor
in 1987. I was a Project Construction Manager in Botswana, Africa, and
performed seismic bolting upgrades to brick warehouses and apartments and
rehabilitation of Craftman historical homes in the Los Angeles area.   I had let my
contractor license lapse when I started doing home inspections in 1992.
