    Outstanding experience from Day 1 until the day I left. Responsive, friendly, reasonably priced, and caring. Highly recommended. Would have continued renting but had to move out of area for work reasons.

    Relies on inaccurate credit reports from an agency not affiliated with the three major credit bureaus. Scheduled a viewing and forgot about it after she requested I call her a a specific time to confirm. I called at the time she requested, no answer....

    Thank you for taking time to air your thoughts. We rely on accurate credit reports from National Tenant Network which does pull from the 3 major credit bureaus. It's unfortunate that some applicants do not know what is on their credit report, nor do they know what the credit of their room mate (significant other) looks like. We require our applicants call 1 hour prior to their scheduled appointment to insure that they intend to keep that appointment.
