I am the owner and developer of the Embudo Station properties. In 1983, I bought the Embudo Station, the last remaining, unrestored, narrow-gauge railroad station in the Southern Rocky Mountain area. The present compound contains approximately 5.3 acres. Fronting on the Rio Grande' river,  the compound backs up to public BLM land, with craggy sandstone cliffs.
