Hello, Chris Powell here. Thanks for writing the review and sharing your perspective. My client called me the evening of Friday June 21st to let me know she didn't want to move forward with the contract after talking to some friends about the neighborhood. She signed the "Notice of Termination Pursuant to Neighborhood Review" at 7:44PM that same day (Friday June 21st) and I emailed it to the listing agent at 8:03PM and also sent him a text to let him know. My email said "Unfortunately after talking to some friends about the neighborhood, my client decided she doesn't want to move forward with this purchase. See the attached notice of termination due to neighborhood review. Sorry this one didn't work out!" My least favorite part of this business is when clients pull out of contracts, so I do my best to communicate promptly and clearly in these situations since I've been on both sides of cancellations.
