Some requests—such as personal details about the seller—fall outside of what is appropriate or permissible to share, but we were always happy to provide everything relevant and helpful to your decision-making. Regarding the buyer’s agreement, these contracts are standard in real estate to ensure clarity and protection for both clients and agents.
