    Michelle, we are very sorry to hear about your roof issue. We still have not heard anything directly from you to be able to discuss how in Section 3.3.4 of your inspection report, we clearly indicate this exact area ; "Bowing and damaged mortar joints are present in the brickwork. Recommend evaluation and correction by a qualified contractor to limit further damage to the wall surface. (Exterior Front)" We always strive to treat our clients and the occupants of the home with the utmost respect and courtesy, and we're sorry you and your tenant feel you received anything less.
