What happened was we sold the home for over asking price. The seller was aware it may not appraise. When it did not appraise then the seller sold it for what it did appraise for. This is a time when homes were not appraising very high. We went above and beyond by helping seller with repairs that needed to be done. Staged the home. The seller threatened the broker owner if he didnt "pay her" she would write a nasty review. Well he did not and you can see she did. I have sold/bought many homes in the past for this seller 4 in total and she was happy with everything until it did not appraise.
