These were two "tough" escrows, but I am very fortunate to have clients who are so-o-o-o nice and so-o-o-o very patient and willing at all times to "zig zag" when we needed to. We were able to make it through to the closing of these escrows with hard work and lots of laughter and I believe that my clients have now become my friends! Good job to all of us!
