I met with John & Missy Lloyd in on April 17, 2017 and showed them several apts. They decided on an apt that day and proceeded with the application/moving in process then including putting down the deposit, purchasing a renters insurance policy, and getting utilities in their name. It was prior to them moving in that their circumstances changed and a minor child returned to their custody, and they did NOT want the child attending Richmond County schools. John Lloyd went so far as to suggest the possibility of rental in the future. It was the Lloyd's choice not to move into the apartment; therefore, forfeiting their deposit as stated on the application after 48 hours. Mr. Donahue's assistant was always available to them and has the correspondence to back that up.
