She personally called or texted us when a showing was scheduled...asking that we be available or even present to answer questions...

I'm sorry you feel this way but in 35 years of being in real estate, I don't believe I have ever had such malicious, baseless accusations from a client. To say I do not care is truly absurd - if you discuss my service with my other customers that will be become clear. While I did ask you to come to the property to go over the lines (not uncommon in this business), on several previous occasions you offered to come and I told you it was unnecessary. Additionally, while there was briefly a mistake in your listing information, it was quickly corrected and had no effect on the sale. My recollection is that our relationship soured when issues arose inspection and needed repair, something that would have occurred regardless of your realtor. But again, I am sorry that you feel this way and hate that our once good relationship has come to this. I wish you and your family the best in the future and am happy to further discuss your concerns if you would like to give me a call. Peggy
