This is disappointing. They seemed like nice people but I could not get them to sign a lease and put down any money. They kept moving the day they would give me all the money needed but I told them the first month deposit would be fine and then the deposit the following week. They would not allow me to contact their present landlord. This property was in excellent shape. Professionally cleaned twice, window just cleaned and touch up painting was done. I said they would have the first two weeks after moving in to let me know if there were any repairs that needed to be done immediately. This is normal. They were mad that I insisted they we have a signed lease and a deposit before I could commit this to them. Yes, I told them not to get excited until both of these were completed. This is just normal. Because they kept changing what they would do I had to ask them to put everything in writing. This review caught me by complete surprise.
