Home built new, efficient process,good orientation for new home owner, good customer service, beautiful workmanship, unfortunately building new home near ours did cause some damage, they are working to fix it, also getting 2 windows replaced took the associate company 5 tries and 3 months, microwave was installed wrong, we replaced it and installed the new one appropriately, fence was not built leveled , we will see what the 11 month review is doing, overall great experience though
