    I appreciate this clients opinion however the "obvious" compressor problem was not obvious. It made the normal noise of a refrigerator and cooled at the time of inspection. The crack in the counter top is not a safety, health or structural concern. I do try to point out everything and anything that may be of concern, but my focus is on the larger issues of safety and health.
