Andre, I am so terribly sorry for the miscommunication. After the appointment was confirmed, you called our office with additional questions about the property and said you wanted them answered before driving 4 hours from Miami to view the property. To which I don't blame you! It was 6 pm when you called and the office forwarded your questions to the listing agent but unfortunately we were unable to get a response in time for our 2 pm appointment the following day. I had planned on going to the property to get a video tour for you while we waited to get your questions answered, as I was under the impression you were not making the drive unless they were. In my 6 years of Real Estate I have never missed an appointment nor have I received a bad review so I am terribly sorry this has occurred. If I can do anything to make the situation better for you, please let me know. And I wish you the best of luck on the rest of your home purchase journey!
