Thank you for your review and I apologize that you feel that I wasted your time. When we initially spoke, you had requested a tour over the weekend, which was a few days away. After getting off the phone with you I ended up getting very ill with Covid and was incapacitated. You then called to move up the showing and left a voicemail that you would like to view the home earlier but again I was very ill with Covid and did not get the message right away. You then took it upon yourself to contact the listing agent since I did not respond right away and found out it was under contract, which you left me a text message stating that fact. I apologized and tried to explain I had been very ill with no response. We never officially worked with eachother and my past clients would tell you I am usually available and go above and beyond to get my clients in the home they are meant to have. I will apologize again for the extenuating circumstances.
