To be 100% clear in response to Jeffs review we never lied in fact we relayed your requests for work along to the property management team. They choose not to do certain items requested due to your move in and tenants move out being to close to time and cause of how involved it would be to complete those items. That was there decision not mine and I'm not the owner of the building. Hence why small claims court is not a reality. But I am sorry for how the whole situation turned out I to expected that the work discussed would be followed through on but I understand why it wasn't.
