Hi Stephanie, I can truly understand you being upset but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I was scheduled to preview and video a home for you on Sunday, and I had a heart attack Saturday evening. I was in the hospital for quite awhile and did not have access to my phone until my husband charged it and brought it to me Thursday morning. I really try to be a great Realtor and person. I try my best to respond to everyone in a timely manner and to follow through with what I say that I am going to do. I did respond back to you as soon as I could. I truly hope that anyone who reads this will understand that I was not "ghosting" you or ignoring you and will be more forgiving of a situation that I had no control over.
