I am so sorry to hear this and also very surprised. On day of closing, you expressed your gratitude for my work and excitement about the new house. I checked in with you a week later, and you still said all was well. The second you sent me a text re: the water issue after closing, I texted and called you, expressed my concern and offered to get my broker involved, as is protocol post closing. When you reached out again a month later to ask for the listing agent's name, I again expressed how sorry I was that you were dealing with this and again offered to raise the issue with my broker. You stated that you were filing a complaint against the listing agent with the state and did not take me up on my offer. I am terribly sorry to hear you are not happy with this house since we fought hard to get it in the competitive market and with a backup offer in place. I am still happy to get my broker involved to see if anything can be done with the sellers.
