David, Your review really surprised me as I felt that I gave you superior service. On local knowledge you said I made a wrong turn at some point and had to back track. On process expertise you told me I did not discuss the closing date with you. I discussed it in the lobby of the hotel while at a wedding for 30 minutes with you. You signed a formal addendum with the time change on it. On responsiveness you could give me no time that I was not johnny on the spot with you. It would be been nice of you mentioned that I paid for your home inspection to help you out and I gave you a very nice closing gift. You are a first time home buyer so you may not recognize that I did more than was required and went way beyond to make sure this was a good experience for you. At no time did you pay me anything whatsoever for my service.

Since you did not leave your name to this review I am not sure who you are. I do apologize for not understanding exactly what you wanted from me. This was not one of my personal listings and I did not have all the information on it at my finger tips. I wonder if you remember the Realtor's name that you were happy with and if you gave him/her a good review? Will you be loyal to him/her and use them when you are are actually ready to purchase a home? Most people tell me I am very friendly and helpful and I would never intentionally be condescending. Sense I do not remember our conversation I can only say that I am sorry you were left frustrated after I told you the property you called on was no longer on the market.

Thank you Stephanie, yes this was a challenging transaction and one that threw me a few surprises. I worked hard at getting around all the obstacles and even provided a contractor to help finish painting the house free of charge to satisfy the VA inspectors requirements so you could close on time. I am so happy that we were able to get you the house you wanted after you had gone through several other Realtors and lost the bid on several other houses you were interested in before you came to me and we found you this one. You got a great house at a great price and even though there were challenges with your VA loan that cost us some time, I got you to closing with the house you wanted. Congratulations and I hope you create many happy memories in your new home!
