 I am a local resident of Southern Ocean County for over 17 years. I've been buying houses for over 25 years & am involved in an elite group of investors who have been buying houses for over 35 years.  My girls were have been alter servers in the local church, girl scouts, and played soccer in which I was a coach. I've worked in the HVAC/appliance  service business for over 35 years & recently started my own HVAC business.
