This was a difficult divorce situation, Husband and Wife disagreed about everything. Her lawyer said she was to have keys, he did want her to have keys. The selling price was adjusted as per the CMA performed. This community DID NOT ALLOWS SIGNS ON THE PROPERTY. Doors were never left opened on my watch.
