I'm an assistant and agent that helps to get info to people that inquire about the various properties coming up for rent; I had to deal with this caller, Rob was not in. 1st, the caller states he was being clear which property he inquired about; this is not true. He said it was the one put on Zillow; but I needed to ask few questions to help We take a lot of pride in providing help to hundreds & hundreds of inquirers (by email, phone call and texts) and have been instrumental in assisting many people get the correct documentation in order & structuring the application approach assertively to help them get an approval for the rental they want or their next one If their 1st choice was taken.
