I’m sorry you’re so angry that I didn’t want to keep you as a housemate that you’re willing to be dishonest. You did the $200 damage I charged you for and I have proof in photos and our emails. I did not charge $10 for one lightbulb. It was three. You threatened to take me to small claims court but backed down when I substantiated the damage. You were aware the thermostat was only accessed upstairs before you moved in. I checked with you more than once and offered to buy an additional heater. You said it wasn’t necessary. Now, you complain about being cold? I always texted before coming to the top of the stairs and saying ‘knock knock.” I never once “caught you undressed,” but my handy man did once after repeated attempts to reach you were unsuccessful. Why lie and say I caught you naked? All in all, I feel that I charged you fairly and that I was right to not renew your lease. You’ve displayed your character in being outright dishonest in your review.
