Hi, let me start by clarifying that I did not represent you as the buyer nor have you and I ever met or had a conversation until now. All of these issues should have been negotiated before you closed. the HVAC unit was brand new and after what I payed to have it installed, would have had Jemison Heating and Cooling come out and fix any issues as you are the only person to ever even live in the home since it was completely remodeled. You have a beautiful home, hope you find peace there!
