Unfair security deposit deductions,and repairs are not made it a timely manner ,buckled floors in the apt unrepaired for months, for the price that is charged you could buy a home in the area.Response from kim minock-Burgess on 1/26/2019
Responsible, fair and dedicated landlord. I have never had a bad review for unfair deductions, an I have been in business for over 30 years. The tenants was refunded accordingly, and very fairly. I was Never told by the tenants about the buckling and I never saw it during inspection because this is where the tenants kept their dog caged most of the time. It wasn't until the property manager spotted the damages that I was finally notified. No complaints were filed by tenants with exception of a small plumbing problem, and a door that rubbed, which both were addressed immediately Next, AS to the tenant claim that a home could be purchased for the same money as rent, I very much doubt it!!!! landlord not only provided a completely furnish apt. but also paid for all the tenants heat, water, sewer, lawn care, trash removal. etc. Tenant threaten a bad review if tenant did not get back a full refund. I find this a Sad day for a landlord, who tries to do everything right!
