Clarence I truly apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your experience as a first time home buyer. I wish that you had shared any of these concerns directly with me during the process so I could have remedied them. I take pride in my client satisfaction and will always do the necessary work to ensure my clients best interests are being served. My goal is to have the home buying experience be as smooth as possible however, for reasons beyond my control, challenges can arise.
