Our only contact was through Zillow app, I did text you but you admitted you never received a text clearly because the number I was given was incorrect (we established that the initial day we spoke), again via Zillow connection. The only messages were passed through Zillow. I definitely was there for showing from 2:50pm to 3:15pm and it was on a gravel road and I drove out a way that was straight out from house and definitely never saw a single car on gravel road heading to the direction of the home. Ironically I canceled the showing from my car at the time you mentioned thinking that I must’ve left by but I was actually in the driveway well after that to ensure that you didn’t arrive late. We did also discuss that I never unlocked the door, as no one had shown up to see the property. I let the listing realtor know that she may want to check the property more since supposedly the doors weren’t secure but never heard back from her either. I never received any notification from you that you were running late which I definitely would’ve waited longer than I already had. Glad you got to see the house though if that was the case and wish you well on your continued search.
