Mr Brey was very abusive to our staff. He demanded we perform additional work at no cost. We completed all his projects in full and returned when he called us to address any issues, even though they were not included in the scope of work he paid for thru Lowes. He made racist and insulting remarks to my staff. All the work was paid for in full BECAUSE we did finish the project. He also signed a release stating we completed the project in full and to his satisfaction after he walked the project with our staff.
