    Hi Tanaz, we regret that we were not able to exceed your expectations and approve your application. Most of our owners require a credit score of at least 650 and income three times the rent. In this case the owner was fortunate to receive several applications which we reviewed in the order they were received. We wish you the best of luck in your search for a new home.
