    Mark is very knowledgeable with Northern Arizona properties. He was able to answer all my questions about living off grid. He showed me several different properties that might work for me. I would highly recommend Mark, especially if you do not know ...

    Hello... Here is the story. You put forth a cash offer which was accepted. You voluteered to us that you could write a check out of your checking account right then for the entire sale price, also that you were a CFO of a large company, owned 4 homes, one of which was in Hawaii. Then 3 days later you informed us that you had applied for financing for this property sale, and wanted the seller to accept the change. You signed that you were depositing $3500 in earnest money because your lender was trying "to throw money at you".. Then 2 days later you texted and emailed us that your lender lied to you and attempted to cheat you (we saved your correspondance). Then the same day you asked that all your earnest money needed to be refundable even though you had not deposited the full $3500 yet. By this time, we were on our 3rd change, so the seller decided to hold you to the signed contract terms by giving you a 3 day deadline to submit the funds that you had pledged to do so in writing. After 3 days the money was still not deposited. Thus the contract was ended, and everyone went their separate ways. We have all this documented in writing with signatures. Every step. The End.
