I am sorry you feel that I did a poor job for you. When buying your home it was a bank owned property. I try to educate my clients that Bank owned homes are a little more challenging and may have bumps in the road. I am sorry if I failed to do that for you. I am not an inspector nor do I try to be, I do however give my clients a list of 3 highly recommended incensed inspectors and make it clear that they can use any inspector they choose. If you feel they did a poor job for you please bring it to their attention so they know there was a problem. I was on vacation that had been planned for a year when I got a call stating the hot water tank had an issue. I had a plumber to your home within hours to fix it, at my expense. Although this is not a good review I appreciate the feed back so I can help myself grow as a person and as a professional.
