    I appreciate your review. The showing was with another agent in my office. She called for confirmation of the appointment, but never heard back. Also, the former tenants did not leave the house in very good condition. Of course, we've since had it cleaned up and it looks good!! Let me know if we can help with any thing else. Thanks,
