I did represent Mr. Cohen and his wife for this sale. I have never met Mr. Cohen and his wife, who's quite pleasant, was my primary contact. Mr. Cohen threatened to post this, then he withdrew it several time and even posted it under different aliases. My manager, Bill Smith, chose to limit communication as Mr. Cohen was very abusive in many of his correspondence with my Manager. Both Bill and I are true professionals and look forward to working with all future clients. All of my past clients have had professional and positive experiences with me and my group.
