I added a 760 square foot two story addition to my existing home to include a full bath and secondary HVAC unit. Our home does not have a basement and our in-laws visit frequently from out of state. We significantly expanded our bedroom, the guest quarters downstairs, added a recreational (all-purpose) room downstairs, and a full private bath adjacent to the guest quarters downstairs.
