I am very sorry this customer felt that way. I have never been accused throughout my lengthy real estate career, that I discriminated against anyone. I conducted my due diligence on every rental applicant and it is standard for us to evaluate their employment, income, source of income for self-employed individuals, previous rental reference(s), credit report/rating and monthly expense obligations. Sometimes this information may not be sufficient and we may request additional information. I treat all applicants the same and my landlords expect me to be diligent and to manage their property, just like it was my personal property. Proudly, I have never had to evict any tenants over the many years we have managed properties. It is particularly disappointing and insulting when anyone uses defaming, slanderous and patently incorrect accusations regarding one's character. Unfortunately , with on line reviews and social media's influence, incorrect and grossly misleading information and opinions are posted without the legal and professional implications considered.
