Moe, I'm very sorry about what ended up happening with my Sellers home that you wanted to purchase. Your loan was denied DAYS before our closing, where my Seller was set to buy another home immediately afterward. I successfully negotiated $1k of your EMD for my Seller for the incredible inconvenience to him. Perhaps the "lousy salesman" was your own realtor and/or mortgage lender who you could have left a one star review for. You are not my client, the Seller is. As for your last remark about not representing anyone in over a year: that is incorrect and Zillow is not accurate. I am an agent on a large local team who is number 1 in Oakland County.
